- Ingo Boss was born in 1979 in Frankfurt am Main. At the tender age of 11, Ingo was already entranced by the new sound called techno that he had heard on the radio – two years later he already became acquainted with the wonderful things one can do with two decks and a mixer. As so many others, he was inspired by the music Sven Väth played at the legendary „OMEN“ in Frankfurt where Ingo used to turn the night into day at the age of 15. In 1998 he had his first gig at the short-lived „U-Bahnstation Miquelallee“ in Frankfurt. In 2000, Ingo became a resident at a series of events called „Spectrum@MTW“, organized by the German music magazine GROOVE. That same year he published his first production „modes“ in cooperation with his studio partner Denis Engemann on PV Records and later on two mix CDs.
In 2001, Ingo went on a tour which also led him abroad for the first time: with PV Records and with the Delirium Recordstore on the occasion of their 10 year anniversary. In 2002, he began his residency at the „U60311“ in Frankfurt and he held it until he gave it up in 2004 in favour of Cocoonclub. Ingo’s breakthrough as a producer came in the form of his EP „Transistor“, which was released on Cocoon Recordings in 2003 and which contained the goosebump track „Little Eternity“. The track made it onto Sven Väth’s mix CD „Sound of the Fourth Season“.
On Christmas Eve 2004, Ingo made his debut at Cocoonclub where he played side by side with Sven Väth and 2Raumwohnung – he became a regular at Cocoonclub and pretty soon, he hosted the „micromized“ night with Chris Tietjen as co-host. In 2006, he and REBOOT made the successful remix of G-Man’s techno classic „Quo Vadis“. In november 2010, the industrious musician finally released his first album on TopModel Records. Ingo has been part of the Cocoon roster since 2009. In 2011 he will launch his Beatport Label called: EUREKA Frankfurt
Ingo Boss erblickte 1979 in Frankfurt am Main das Licht der Welt. Schon im zarten Alter von 11 Jahren hatte es Ingo der Techno angetan, den er damals natürlich nur im Radio hören durfte - zwei Jahre später entdeckte er bereits die wunderbaren Dinge, die man mit Plattenspielern und einem Mischpult anstellen konnte. Wie viele andere inspirierte ihn die Musik Sven Väths im legendären OMEN, in dem er sich schon mit 15 die Nacht um die Ohren schlug. 1998 hatte er dann seinen ersten Gig in der kurzlebigen „U-Bahnstation Miquelallee“ in Frankfurt. 2000 wurde er Resident bei der GROOVE-Veranstaltungsreihe Spectrum@MTW. Auf PV Records veröffentlichte er 2000 seine erste eigene Produktion „modes“ zusammen mit seinem Studiopartner Denis Engemann, es folgten im gleichen Jahr zwei Mix-CDs. Das Jahr 2001 schickte Ingo auf seine ersten Tourneen und damit auch Auslandsgigs: mit PV Records und mit dem Delirium Recordstore anlässlich des 10jährigen Bestehens. 2002 begann seine Residency im U60, der er treu blieb, bis er sie 2004 für den Cocoonclub aufgab. Sein Durchbruch als Produzent kam mit der „Transistor EP“, die 2003 auf Cocoon Recordings erschien und die den Gänsehaut-Track „Little Eternity“ enthielt, den Sven Väth in seine Mix-CD „Sound of the Fourth Season“ aufnahm. 2004 gab Ingo dann an Weihnachten seinen Einstand im Cocoonclub, wo er an der Seite von Sven und 2Raumwohnung die Platten drehte – daraus folgte der „micromized“ Abend, den er zusammen mit Chris Tietjen hostete. 2006 produzierte er zusammen mit REBOOT den erfolgreichen Remix des Technoklassikers „Quo Vadis“ von G-Man. Im November 2010 erschien das erste Album des umtriebigen Musikers : „3.625 Tage“ (TopModel Records). Seit 2009 ist Ingo Teil des Cocoon Booking Rosters. 2011 startet er sein eigenes BEATPORT Label names EUREKA Frankfurt.

- The Label EUREKA Frankfurt is a foundation of Ingo Boss.
EUREKA is to understand as a platform for his own productions.
His music will be combined with some remixes of other artists and friends of him.
There are no rules in musical direction, no typical kind of styles of music.
Expect the unexpected & expect that all is ONE.
It could be House, it could be Techno,
it could Ambient, it could be Trip-Hop,
it could be Drum'n'Bass or Breakbeat, it could be everything!
